We remain transparent and fair, there are no hidden costs, all of the prices for the add-ons are listed in our pricelist below. Invoicing takes place dynamically according to consumption on the first day of each month.

All prices only for commercial customers in EUR net plus VAT. Optionally, specific modules can be booked in the account settings to make your ALV even more individual.
Your ALV account license is invoiced on the first day of the month. Setup Consulting is invoiced after 4 or more person-hours. You can specify a starting month for your ALV account up to two months in advance in the comments section of the order form.
Billing is generally made in EUR and converted to local currency upon payment. Payments within the EU and (partly) Switzerland are processed by SEPA direct debit. If you are based internationally, payment is by credit card. Please contact us if you have any questions.
You will receive your invoice documents monthly by e-mail as an attachment in PDF format. They are also available for download in your ALV account at any time.
